• Full accommodation charge have to paid at the time of reservation.

• All advances made for booking is Non-refundable, the amount payable at the time of check-in is non-negotiable.

• Allotment of Rooms (Type, Position & Floor) is subject to availability and discretion of the management.

• Extension of booking is allowed subject to availability of rooms.

• Cooked food or cooking is strictly prohibited inside rooms/compound. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner strictly prohibited inside the room. Only tea is allowed inside the room.

• Drinks are not allowed from outside.

• Pet animals are not allowed in the hotel.

• No articles including bed linan, towels & chair should be taken outside hotel premises.

• The management shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the occupant's personal belongings.

• During power curtailment or load shedding no A.C. & geyser service should be provided.

• Check out time at 11 A.M.

• Check in time 12.00 Noon.
